Home Delivery Service

We offer a delivery service and operate a scale of modest charges, larger orders are delivered free of charge, please see our price list or Terms and Conditions for details. Alternatively stock can be collected from our warehouse in Oxfordshire by prior arrangement.

There will be additional charges for deliveries off the UK mainland and the Scottish Highlands; for express deliveries; and special deliveries, for example deliveries above first floor or requiring a small van for access.

All orders are double-checked to ensure they leave our warehouse in good condition. Please check goods as soon as the order is delivered. We do not carry out replacement for damaged or incorrect deliveries not notified within 7 days of receipt. Installed merchandise of any kind, and any special orders, are non-returnable.
