Installation Services

A simple principle but as true as ever - 'if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well' - even more so when expressed in connection with Fired Earth.

For what would be the point of opting for such a high level of product quality only to find that the application of it, the fit and finish, was sub-standard. Which is why we established the Fired Earth Guild of Installers, a national group of skilled craftspersons specially selected to work in partnership with our showrooms to ensure that Fired Earth quality is maintained throughout.

All work undertaken by Fired Earth Guild members is warranted for 12 months.

Tile Installation Service

We operate a tiling service for the fixing of both floor and wall tiles. We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate without obligation for the work you are undertaking, and our showrooms will explain the procedure for obtaining an estimate.

By using out tilers you will remove the risk if incorrect work being carried out and we will take responsibility for ensuring that you order the correct quantity of tiles, adhesive, grout sealer etc.

Bathroom Installation Service

Following the design of your bathroom by our Design Service a Technical Site Survey will be undertaken. This
in-depth survey will confirm the feasibility of the design and assesses all works required to install your bathroom. After the Technical Site Survey you will receive a detailed estimate of works; on acceptance of this estimate your installation will be project managed by a member of the Fired Earth Bathroom Installations Guild.

The bathroom installation service is for Fired Earth bathroom design schemes and products only, and does not cover partial refurbishment.



Wood Flooring Installation

We offer a nationwide wood flooring installation service. Once you have selected a wood floor with the help of our showroom assistant, you will receive a site survey from a member of our Wood Installation Guild. The site will be checked for suitability, including an appropriate moisture check, as well as assessing suitable fixing materials and the quantities verified. After this you will receive free estimates for all necessary materials and for installation.
On acceptance of these estimates a date will be arranged with the Guild member for fitting.

Please note: Tile, Bathroom and Wood Flooring Installation is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion.

We have installation guides for the following: Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Wood Flooring, Underfloor Heating and Waterproofing Showers and Bathrooms. We recommend that the guide is read prior to commencement of installation.
